InGenius Connector is a PC application that provides click-to-dial capabilities and incoming caller ID screen pop, with full Microsoft® Outlook® and Active Directory® or LDAP Directory integration. And, InGenius Connector provides integrated web searches with GoogleMaps® and GoogleSearch® to locate and dial new contacts with just a single click.

How to Send Feedback

There are a number of ways to send in your feedback.

The easiest way is to simply add a comment to this blog under the application you are running or participate in one the discussion forums. This approach is best for quick comments or ideas and will also allow you to discuss your issues with InGenius and other beta users on a social platform.

Bug reports or technical issues are best reported using a feature in the application you are testing. This will give the beta trials team more technical information on your issue so that we can quickly address any problems that may have occurred and get back to you directly.

To make you aware of what is going on with the application you are testing this blog is updated regularly to provide you with information on updated features and known current issues. We encourage your feedback on our applications and cannot wait to hear your opinion of them!

How to Submit Bug Reports and Technical Issues

To report problems or issues it would be ideal for you to provide us with the following information:
  • Software Build Number
  • Phone Model and Firmware
  • Computer Information
  • Applications that were running when the issue occurred
  • A description or screen capture of what happened, and
  • A copy of the log file
This information is extremely useful in diagnosing and solving any issues that may be occurring.

To send us these pieces of information simply open the menu of the application you are beta testing, select Help Links and then select "I think I've found a bug".

In the large white area please type a description of what happened, as well as your name and e-mail address so that we can let you know when the problem has been resolved. Click Send.
