The Beta Trials Team has put together a large array of resources to help you get started with your application and to help you report or comment on any issues. Here you will be able to access: Quickstart Guides, Videos, Update Releases, and other valuable information.

How to Submit Bug Reports and Technical Issues

To report problems or issues it would be ideal for you to provide us with the following information:
  • Software Build Number
  • Phone Model and Firmware
  • Computer Information
  • Applications that were running when the issue occurred
  • A description or screen capture of what happened, and
  • A copy of the log file
This information is extremely useful in diagnosing and solving any issues that may be occurring.

To send us these pieces of information simply open the menu of the application you are beta testing, select Help Links and then select "I think I've found a bug".

In the large white area please type a description of what happened, as well as your name and e-mail address so that we can let you know when the problem has been resolved. Click Send.
